Our Culture of Safety
American Constructors is committed in providing a safe work place for their employees and people around them. We provide the safety training that give our employees the knowledge and skills they need to protect equipment, facilities and, most importantly, each other against unintentional injuries. We administer an extremely effective safety program on every project. Weekly “toolbox talks” are given to refresh and reinforce the more comprehensive training that is given to all employees on a monthly basis. Our safety manual kept by the foreman on every jobsite provides our workers and general constructors with written safety and health information, including American Constructors safety policies and procedures, chemical lists, and material data safety sheets. Regular safety inspections of jobsites are performed by a third party to provide constructive feedback to ensure we are in compliance with safety standards and update us to new regulations and standards set by government agencies.
